Garden Consultation:
- $220 per hour incl GST, payable on the day.
- Notes and sketches will be made during the consultation and given to you.
Design:
- Initial consultation is $220 per hour, payable on the day.
- A proposal is sent outlining the design fee and process. When accepted and signed by the client a 50% initial payment is required prior to the design stage commencing.
- At the Final Consultation, when the plans are handed over, the remaining balance of 50% is required.
- A hand coloured original of your plan can be requested. The cost can be included in the design proposal or separately after the design is completed.
- Design fees vary depending on the scale and complexity of the design.
Travel Fee:
- A travel fee will be applied to consultations that are greater than 70km from Warragul. This will be discussed prior to the initial consulation.
Construction Briefing & Inspections:
- $220 per hour incl GST.
- If you require this service, it can be factored into your design proposal.
